Hope Institute provides face-to-face support with a qualified trainer and assessor or via email.

Face-to-Face: Every Wednesday: 10 Am – 5 PM
Location: Hope Institute Training room, Ground Floor, Suite 3 & 4, 48 Macquarie St, Parramatta, NSW 2150.

Administrative Support: if you have any queries about
 Change of contact details;
 Student records;
 Course variations;
 Course deferment;
 Course cancellations;
 Refunds;
 Communication with trainer and assessor
 Certificate re-issue
 Vocational Placement.

Study Groups

We encourage you to form student study groups to work together on selected units, case studies and group practicals. This is also a way to gain support and help with problem solving.

Student with Special needs

At Hope Institute, students with special needs are provided with a receptive and supportive environment, so they have the same opportunity to choose access, participate and succeed in various courses within the scope of the Institute.
